Crystal Image Construction has completed multiple commercial construction and facility improvement projects for Alberta Cheese Company Ltd. in Calgary. Our work has included rooftop mechanical upgrades, structural steel, roofing, wash bay improvements, overhead door work, and a major drainage upgrade involving concrete and flooring restoration. We continue to support Alberta Cheese with ongoing construction and building improvements.
T&T Disposal Services — Commercial Renovations & Facility Improvements

UNION YYC — Five Commercial Build-Outs
Crystal Image Construction has served as General Contractor for five UNION YYC commercial build-outs across Calgary and Okotoks. We managed each project from construction through completion, coordinating trades, scheduling, site activities and finishes. Our continued work with UNION YYC reflects our experience delivering commercial tenant improvements for repeat clients.
SHERPA Restaurant — Complete Restaurant Build-Out
Crystal Image Construction completed the full restaurant and lounge build-out for Sherpa Restaurant in Calgary as General Contractor. The project included the commercial kitchen, washrooms, bar and dining areas, interior construction, millwork, lighting, architectural finishes, and coordination of construction trades through project completion.
Brant Lake Wagyu — Commercial Food Facility Build-Out & Upgrade
Crystal Image Construction completed a commercial food facility build-out and upgrade for Brant Lake Wagyu in Calgary. The project included expanded freezer and cooler areas, a complete commercial kitchen, new offices and washrooms, storage and support spaces, drainage and electrical improvements, and extensive interior construction. Crystal Image coordinated trades and construction activities through project completion.
Trophy Foods — Commercial & Industrial Facility Improvements
Crystal Image Construction has completed multiple commercial and industrial facility improvement projects for Trophy Foods in Calgary. Our work has included office construction and modifications, production-area improvements, lunchroom upgrades, facility repairs, exterior siding replacement, structural metal work, overhead door upgrades and loading dock repairs. Gemstone — Calgary Farmers’ Market Complete Build-Out
Crystal Image Construction completed the full commercial build-out for Gemstone at Calgary Farmers’ Market. The project included interior construction, cooler and freezer areas, retail and service spaces, custom millwork, flooring and wall finishes, lighting, electrical and plumbing coordination, floor drainage and equipment installation. Crystal Image coordinated the construction trades and site activities through project completion.
TINI Restaurants — Two Commercial Restaurant Build-Outs
Crystal Image Construction served as General Contractor for two TINI Vietnamese Restaurant locations in Calgary, including Seton and Southcentre Mall. The projects involved complete restaurant construction and food-service build-outs, including commercial kitchens, dining and service areas, washrooms, plumbing and drainage, HVAC and rooftop mechanical systems, electrical coordination, kitchen exhaust, millwork, lighting, equipment installation and architectural finishes.
